The deep but translucent garnet red is synonym of Pinot Noir; it confirms its typical notes of rape cherry to the nose, followed by a scent of black tea, liquorice, chocolate and an aftertaste of leather.

This is a bold wine and its firm backbone invites to start the meal with a roe deer slinzega, malfatti pasta with jugged hare ragout, beef tartare, deer venison with grilled porcini mushrooms, goulash wild boar meat and, at the end, a slice of cheese made with marc, ending with a tablet of dark chocolate.

Rosé Extra Dry

Its light pink color shows the subtle furrows of a very fine and long lasting perlage.
It begins with an overbearing floral bouquet of roses, then the ripe raspberry and
the sweet wild strawberry gently emerge, with a touch of sweet spices and a thin
finish of eucalyptus.

The palate has vigorous bubbles, the sip is fresh, salty and its backbone assures a
great length.

Refined aperitif to start, followed by a scallop dish, razor clams au gratin, risotto
with vegetables and shrimp, Chinese fried rice, seafood paella, livornese red mullets,
lamb chops, sun-dried tomatoes and, in the end, a trifle.

Ruby-red color, a vinous scent, notes of raspberry, hints of violet and rosehip. In the mouth the alcohol is balanced by a soft tannin, the aftertaste is elegant and persistent. Pleasant pairing with the traditional cold cuts from Oltrepo and Piacenza areas, risotto alla Mortarese, free ranging stuffed hen and grilled eel.

Beautiful onion peel color to admire, wine of great elegance and personality with rich and persistent perlage, at nose it has sharp mineral notes, fragrance of dried rose, berries and mint. Its structure caresses the palate and combines the pleasantness of aromas and tastes, leaving a clean mouth with long-lasting hints of dried apricot and bitter almond. Good marriage with artichoke cake, Vogherese risotto, tagliolini pasta with lake fish sauce, baked pork arista, sushituna/salmon, pizza, parmesan cheese with drops of aged balsamic vinegar.

Straw yellow color with delicate golden highlights, bodied and well-balanced wine; its fine and persistent perlage makes it greedy to drink. Intense bouquet with dominant scent of ripe exotic fruit, yellow peach jam, hazelnut and a citrus finish. In the mouth it is easy to drink and soft, giving a persistent finish of almond and honey. Charming aperitif with fried vegetables, excellent during a meal with Milanese risotto with ox marrow, or pappardelle with whitefish lavarello, roasted rabbit, seasoned parmesan cheese and sbrisolona cake to end the meal.
